Digital Products & Courses

Due to the digital nature of our courses, workshops, and downloadable content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for these products once they have been accessed or downloaded. We encourage you to read the descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Coaching & Healing Sessions

For one-on-one coaching and healing sessions, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to address the issue, which may include a partial refund or a credit for a future session, at our discretion.

Memberships

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). You can cancel your membership at any time to avoid future charges. However, we do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period.
